The Cottage
La Casita Soler has been lovingly restored with care to preserve its traditional charm while providing everything our guests need for a comfortable stay.
Every window frames views of the vineyards and olive trees, bringing the surrounding landscape into the heart of the cottage. Tom and his team have carefully maintained the rustic character of the property while ensuring it meets contemporary comfort standards.
The cottage features:
- A large double bedroom with air conditioning and a small seating area
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail, mirror with integral light, and WC
- An open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed for two, a wood-burning stove, television, and a dining table with chairs.
- A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, and microwave
- Fitted wardrobes and a washing machine are in the corridor for guest use






Outside
The cottage has its own private entrance and a large patio terrace with seating, offering wide, sweeping views across the countryside to the mountains.
The terrace and garden are perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, or simply taking in the quiet rhythms of rural Catalonia.
Location & Local Life
La Casita Soler sits on the edge of L’Arboç, just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre. The town offers several supermarkets (Spar, Al Campo, Bon Area), a weekly market on Tuesday mornings, which sells a wide range of products from fruit and vegetables through to leather goods and jamon. The town also offers a variety of bars and restaurants. Traditional festivals, including fireworks, are part of village life, and L’Arboç has a long history of lacemaking and its own local radio station.
Nearby highlights include:
- Vilafranca del Penedès, less than 15 minutes’ drive, with its lively Saturday market, restaurants, and cafés
- Sant Sadurní, a few train stops away, at the heart of the cava region with famous wineries like Juvé & Camps, Codorníu, and Freixenet
